This site was a dream to build on with barely any leveling required. The house was created with all the members of the family in mind with the young girls sharing a generous bedroom.

We built a wonderful “man cave” for the man of the house who needs quiet office space when working at home but can also take time to relax in this area after a long work day.

The main suite is very well designed and the beautiful tiles in the bathroom finish it off perfectly. A two-bedroomed loft was built above the garage and this is now very popular on Air BnB.

We loved being involved in this build as the client’s knew exactly what they wanted and we were able to discuss all details with them well in advance.
